The first packaged release: install ProdDash without a checkout or a Node install.

    Install

macOS — open the disk image, drag ProdDash to Applications, open it. It sits in the menu bar: Open dashboard shows the board, Admin sets things up. Both images are signed with the Waters Church Developer ID and notarised by Apple, so they open without a warning.

Windows — unzip the bundle somewhere you can write to (C:\ProdDash, not Program Files), double-click ProdDash.bat, allow node.exe on private networks when the firewall asks, then open http://localhost:24500. The window that opens is the dashboard running; keep it open. This bundle has not yet been run on a Windows machine — say what happens.

Then, on every platform: the app ships with no modules. Open Admin → Available modules, tick the ones this machine needs and press Install selected. Each module updates on its own from then on, and the app updates itself from the admin page's Update now, keeping a copy of the version it replaced.

    What is in it

Shell 1.10.0 — a packaged ProdDash carries no modules; the catalog installs and updates them (#36), with grid density, the layouts round trip and the update safety work from 1.9.x. Modules offered by the catalog at release time: AbleSet 1.0.1, Band Lineup 1.11.0, Clock 1.0.1, PCO Plan 1.9.0, ProdCom 1.3.2, ProPresenter Now/Next 1.1.1, Resi Cues 1.0.0, Service Times 1.0.0, Slack 1.2.1, SPL Meter 0.4.3, Timers 1.6.0.

Native helpers (the LTC listener in Timers, the SPL Meter's capture tool) are not yet shipped prebuilt inside those modules — that module work follows the rule in the module guide. Until it lands, a catalog install of those two modules runs without the helper and says so in its health line.
