The previous commit wrote these seven lines with literal em-dashes, ellipses
and curly apostrophes where the app's source has — / … / ’
escapes. JavaScript reads both identically, so nothing behaved differently —
but a reference fork that differs from its upstream by thirty bytes reports
phantom drift every time the two are compared, which is the one job this
snapshot has.
The Wednesday→Tuesday birthday week (cached, and re-rendered when it rolls
over so an app left open for days lights up on its own), the canvas confetti
loop, the gold glow, and the Birthday Mode controls — on/off, intensity, and
a force-on picker for testing that lives in memory and clears on restart.
The confetti deliberately ignores OS reduced-motion: it is a celebration the
operator opts into, and freezing it leaves confetti stuck mid-fall.
pcoFetchStatus reports a status instead of throwing, so the People probe can
tell "no access" from "no such record"; pcoFetchBirthday reads one person's
birthdate as MM-DD, deliberately discarding the year so a volunteer's age
never lands on this machine. The sync fetches one birthday per unique person,
best-effort — a blocked token just yields '' and never fails the sync.
The reference fork had drifted four builds behind the app running backstage.
What it was missing is Birthday Mode — the feature the ProdDash module was
ported with, and which this snapshot never had.

The backstage stage board as a ProdDash tile: everyone scheduled on the
band, vocal and production teams for the upcoming Planning Center plan,
placed into their mic slot with photo, name and mic/pack label. Birthdays
in the service week get confetti. The display half of the standalone Band
Lineup Electron app, ported to a module — imported here exactly as
installed on NA-Ingest (v1.10.1), so the repo is where it lives from now on.
