First commit on the local Gitea server, made after moving the tree off the Windows machine. Build outputs, node_modules and the AI models stay out (see .gitignore); everything the installer build needs is tracked. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

# Auto-Build Configuration
|
|
|
|
This workspace is configured to automatically build the installer whenever you make changes.
|
|
|
|
## How It Works
|
|
|
|
1. **On Workspace Open**: The "Watch and Auto-Build" task automatically starts
|
|
2. **On File Save**: The watcher detects changes and builds the installer
|
|
3. **Version Auto-Increment**: Each build automatically increments the version number
|
|
|
|
## Manual Control
|
|
|
|
If you need to manually control the build:
|
|
|
|
- **Stop Auto-Build**: Press `Ctrl+Shift+P` → "Tasks: Terminate Task" → Select "Watch and Auto-Build"
|
|
- **Run Single Build**: Press `Ctrl+Shift+P` → "Tasks: Run Task" → Select "Build Installer"
|
|
- **Restart Auto-Build**: Press `Ctrl+Shift+P` → "Tasks: Run Task" → Select "Watch and Auto-Build"
|
|
|
|
## Output
|
|
|
|
The installer is created in: `dist-installer/Bible App Setup X.X.X.exe`
|
|
|
|
Each build automatically increments the version (e.g., 1.0.6 → 1.0.7 → 1.0.8)
