chris 1fee46ef36 CLAUDE.md: hand session sync to the hooks 
Pulling at session start and the commit/push reminder now run as hooks in Desktop\Claude\.claude (outside the repo). Claude only does them by hand in sessions opened elsewhere.

chris 660d5b2d73 CLAUDE.md: pull at session start, remind to commit and push 
Adds an 'Every session' section: git pull --ff-only before the first request, and a one-line reminder when work is left uncommitted or unpushed. Moves the Gitea details into that section.
