christianandClaude Opus 5.5 9a818f63ca ProPresenter guard at every location: install.sh starts it where ProPresenter is, it finds ProPresenter's port, leaves a song already up alone; restart off by default
WS and SC updated to the current build (code only, their settings kept). NA's Resi cues polling slowed to 10 s / 20 s (Companion setting).

christianandClaude Opus 5.5 a3b38cbd5d SC timecode: LTC Listen.app decodes the tracks' LTC from SoundGrid; PROP shows TIMECODE LOST mid-song
ProPresenter can't report its timecode, so LTC Listen (a small app on SC's ProPresenter Mac, microphone
permission allowed on site 2026-10-26, LaunchAgent org.waterschurch.ltc-listen) reads the same SoundGrid
input (com_waves_WCAudioGridEngine, channel 1) and writes the running timecode. The prop guard logs a drop
in a song (2 s without timecode) with the song and timecode, and serves 127.0.0.1:8095/timecode, which SC's
PROP key checks (TIMECODE LOST). Decoder tested against generated LTC and live (00:27:37:28).

christianandClaude Opus 5.5 b6221e0d63 prop_guard: keep a song's timeline running and the stage on Worship (Southcoast, live 2026-10-25)
SC loses lyrics and lights when timecode drops, and the first slide's macro (a communication action to
Companion, which sets the look and stage layout) sometimes misses the stage layout. A small LaunchAgent on
the ProPresenter Mac (org.waterschurch.prop-guard) watches ProPresenter's own API: a song's timeline that
stops mid-song is started again at once (left alone if stopped again right after, or on the last slide),
and in a song's first seconds the Stage Display is put on Worship if it is not on a worship layout.
