Subject: [PATCH] New campuses colour only the page-number key, as NA does

The template had no nav_keys, so Woonsocket's UP and DOWN keys followed ALL on all 98 pages.
Woonsocket set to ["pagenum"] on its page (UP and DOWN put back); the kit NA serves now carries it.
